Celebrity Big Brother - starts Mon 7th April on ITV

After declaring last year that I'd never watch again, here I am, wondering who else will be sat watching?

It'll be at TV pace of course, but feel free to post spoilers or rumours about who will be entering

I think its only on for 3 weeks, no idea what the point is really tbh

(I hope there isn't already a thread, I couldn't find one, but do tell me if there is).

That said

I don’t think Mickey Rourke is in any fit state to be there

and if you wanted you could twist anything anyone says in there to a negative angle

'David's dead' is without doubt the funniest Big Brother moment ever.

Just I suppose to comments re the coronation street lad Jack, Danny, Daley, Ella, the MP Michael and whomever else

I don’t know them and I think they’ve all been fine so far imho and I hate it when people are trying to stir things up for no good reason based on a throwaway comment in the house in their first 24 hours being flung into a new situation

and then having previous tweets thrown into the mix

it just annoys me

I watched that episode, it was sad as they told Angie about David Bowie passing away, what happened next was one of the funniest things I've ever seen on TV! Won't say in case people haven't seen it.

I don't remember Mickey as being too pretty, although it was a while ago now!
In Angel Heart from what I remember, he looked like he fallen out of bed wearing the same clothes! I really need to watch his films again, I'm sure he wore a long coat in Angel Heart. The sex scenes at the time caused quite a stir!

I found it quite touching last night he had a framed photo of his dog on his pillow.

Was Angel Heart the one where it was rumoured that the sex scene was for real?

Disappointing

I don’t care either way. The live feed updates were posted last time so I don’t see what difference it makes really if we know in advance.

I mean it's 3 comments directed at the youngest member of the house in a short space of time
What was said would raise complaint at most work places i recon. If I posted an aibu that someone had said it to me in my work place then people would be advising me to raise it

Can someone just say which repeated comments we're talking about cos I really don't know and this vague talk around the subject without saying is just annoying!

I do completely understand the mixed reaction to MR.
As what happened with aj, theres a mix of this is calculated, sleazy vs that he has no idea where he is or what is going on.

Even if he is vulnerable and has no concept of it all, it's not a safe position to put women who have to sleep in the same area as him, and can't escape him. Its not a fair situation for other people to be in (and for him to be in should he truly be that vulnerable)

I can't imagine being in that situation and knowing that my reaction would be scrutinised by all the viewers with you branded as woke, feeble, hostile or some sort of angry woman and it wreakinf your career. Its immense pressure

The ryan Thomas thing is a good example of the torment of trying to stay in public favor. Even though he knew the truth of not being the thing he was accused of, he fully prepared (and was tormented by) himself for a bad edit, newdpapers hounding him out of town, public reaction being poor and it ruining his professional career.

I'm not too sure but mickey rourke has said something and is in trouble for it on tonight's episode

Also, Daley Thompson tweeted in the past that he is a jk Rowling supporter (not getting political myself) and so, as the show has a huge queer fan base, people online are upset

When I watched this morning, the soap lady mentioned that jack was being careful not to get himself cancelled, as i think he's quite sarcastic and winds people up

MR has widely been reporting as having a conversation with jojo where he said that she would turn straight if she spent more time with him, then referred to definitely voting out "the lesbian real quick", then made a hackeyed joke about having a fag and "not talking about you, jojo".

Question - if someone gets booted out by BB, do they get the full amount?

How about if people want to post spoilers they say right at the top it’s gonna be a spoiler then leave a gap so that others can avoid if possible? I hate seeing spoilers as what’s the point of watching the show if you know what’s coming. The ones that really annoy me though are nomination reveals as that’s a hugely enjoyable part of the show - well, as long as they don’t fuck about with them like they seem to do all the time now.

Now i see there's more to it

It's tricky - in some ways I think anything 'official' is fair game but I can understand why some people don't want to know about the 'Sneak Peeks'.
