I think that he’s always trying to save people to look like the hero even if he caused their issue in the first place. Maybe he was trying to look like he saved Nate but something went wrong and he died.

Why does any serial killer kill? There was no logic to Meena.

Interesting theory that could fit, save Nate, save Arron, save Chas, save Chas and Liam? Probably won’t come to light anytime soon though, they do like to string things out.

But hopefully they’ll let the viewers see him in action even if the villagers don’t know because it’s getting boring now waiting for Nate to be found. I suppose Emmerdale thinks we’re all going to be shocked by the big reveal.

With Meena though, we got to see her in action and the later kick she got out of collecting the souvenirs as well as her delighting in the aftermath and grief that she’d caused, the John thing, if this is what it is, is just seems so weak, we’re hardly raging at the screen in the same way as we did with Meena when he shows his miserable face?

Well he hasn't started singing yet so I guess we should be grateful for small mercies.

I’ve just caught up with tonight’s episode. Fed up with Marlon and April. Fed up with Liam and Chas. Fed up with Mary and poppet. I wish I’d just gone to bed when I came home instead of sitting through that boring episode.

As a side note, finally got round to watching Adolescence and Rose has turned up as Jamie's mum. I almost didn't recognise her as she is actually acting rather than that simpering annoying voice she had in Emmerdale (obviously that was acting as well. Of a sort 😂).
