Listening to the feedback about Jean's dish I wonder how annoying it would be to be recalled as a wildcard and then not win.

I think Jean could cook it at the banquet. We've seen other chefs cook far more complicated dishes in whatever tiny dungeon paraffin-fuelled kitchen they land them with at the banquet.

And I'm glad he's said what we all did - get the multitude of chefs in the room to do it!
