He just has to manipulate the props so they pick the cards and words he wants the rest is easy.

I think I've worked out how he knew Simon's word. Also the cards were just slight of hand. Interesting that the 3 cards were all of different suits 🤔

I preferred that to his semi final

The pay off didn't feel big enough though, however im a big fan of Derren Brown who's great at them

I'm very confused about why half the finalists aren't British and some, like the Blackouts, are clearly well established professional acts. Is this not a show for amateur British talent? What's the eligibility criteria?

Olly does play well, but as it's not my style of music, it just sounded like a great big din ti me unfortunately!

I liked Olly best of the ones I caught tonight. I wonder if they give the very young ones a shorter short as it's less intimidating?

I wish it would get explained how the magic happens.

Whereas for me, I would happily listen to Planet Rock or Classic FM in the car; Olly and Jasmine (out of the acts I caught) were the ones that I would have happily have chosen to listen to for pleasure. And Olly is the more impressive for being so young.
