I think You’re Fired used to have a feature called ‘The one that got away’ or similar, that would be Frederick this week. He seemed to be trying to stitch Johnny up from the start, plus itemizing the experiences and removing one in favour of telling people to stare at each other was dire. I recognised the expressions on the faces of the participants - why do companies waste money on such things?

Very much so Suralan likes a doer. And prefers someone who mucks in and makes a mistake than just hangs back and does nothing.

It seems to be a new thing this year that the winners' treats are themed to the task (and less extravagant than in previous series).

I don't think Johnny should have gone but agree with the no wine woman. Ffs, hold back on the food before you hold back on the wine and have at least a bottle each for the people you're taking. And make sure it's cold.

I think based on what went down tonight Johnny was the least deserving of the three of them to go but he was never going to win the show and wouldn't have lasted much longer. Sure, he was boring on the jeep tour but the jeep tour was deadly and boring even without him. The team leader whose name I can't remember fucked up by promising fine dining and not telling them to buy wine when she checked on the drink and they only had water and juice. Frederick fucked up by outlining the different prices and then making them all fucking stare at each other when they were sober. Shit dancing would at least have been funny although they'd still have been sober so who knows. The whole away day was a disaster from beginning to end with the only saving grace being some really nice food.

The other team just did a better job with each element of their away day. Blah, blah, blah. They are mostly a shower of shite but I am quite liking Mia as one of the best of a very bad bunch. Not high praise, but it is The Apprentice after all.

I also think Mia is my favourite. However I wonder whether at times what the business plans are and whether that at times influences the firings.

Have you seen Mia's Instagram? She used to be a bodybuilder, she looks phenomenal and so different!! She's obviously someone who is very disciplined and hard working.

As some one else said I disagree, he would have said “why did you put yourself forward as sub team leader when x has a catering business”. I’ve hardly remembered any of their names this year but she insisted they say “yes chef” when she spoke to them.
