Considering it was night time and deep down in a pond/lake, I'm surprised Amy saw anything at all. I do feel emmerdale have a been a little unrealistic in some of their scenes recently

Thanks for the new thread! I watched later as I've had a shitter of a day. So sad, cried a lot. Will Chas want a disabled Liam and I still think there is something awful connected to her back pain. Also Jacob actor has terrible blackheads. I would have a field day squeezing those.

I had an idea it would be Amy's death after the spoiler on LW today so wasn't surprised. Matty is broken poor thing. 😟 About Nate though. Has he been gone for about a year? Seems like it. A body under water all that time? The bracelet may be the only way to identify. 😒

Have to say that apart from a few unrealistic moments the whole thing has been incredibly moving. Charity blames herself even though it was kill Noah or swerve and cause the devastation. Plenty more sadness and anger to come. It makes Corrie look like an amateur panto production. 🙄

When did dickhead Caleb and Ruby make peace with each other and get cuddling on the sofa?? I admit this is prob another thing I missed but it seemed strange them cuddling up together

I'm annoyed with who they decided to kill off. Shame it wasn't the other limo.

Caleb confronted Ruby after the limo drama and was about to leave her then couldn't bring himself to leave her and put all the blame on Cain and Anthony for taking advantage of Ruby. Probably also thinking about his numerous indiscretion and him being a hypocrite.

Agree. I would have preferred them to go over Leyla and Amy.

Paddy and Mandy for sure. Maybe Bear even though I don't mind him but he doesn't do much. I'd have to rearrange the passengers and put Kerry in there instead

I'd keep Caleb because he's a good actor and we need a villain that's not too villainous!

I wouldn't miss Vanessa. Her talking about her wonderful relationship with Suzy that we saw none of was nonsense. Plus I'm always afraid they'll split Charity and Mackenzie up again to put Vanity back together. No thanks.

I think the vets and spouses should have a night out in a limo. Their characters are all stale now.

@JaneJeffer yes I almost went with Bear as he's a bit of a nothing character but then I thought he hasn't really done anything wrong so he got a reprieve from me 😂

I've enjoyed (not the right word really) these episodes, haven't been able to wait to see the next one, not felt like this for a very long time and far superior than Corrie at the moment. Will Nate come floating to the surface now?

Even in soap land it seems too far fetched that Joe could lure Jacob to a secret medical facility and steal one of his organs.

I think a simpler explanation will be that Joe looks so distant and sinister at times because he’s an alien. He’s been sent to Emmerdale by Elon Musk to abduct Jacob to work as an electrician on his new settlement on Mars.

Amy actress is on Lorraine now. She's very emotional about leaving. I wonder if she's another one that was pushed rather than wanting to leave?
