We all think he is. From day one.

He was the last person to see/hear from Nate (when he's noone to Nate), he disposed of Anthony's body telling Aaron he was dead (he may or may not have been dead and John finished him off - although Ruby has since said it was her) and then there's the whole mystery surrounding Aiden Moore who apparently was his army friend who died but was he murdered?

Was Anthony wearing a bracelet??
