This is our tenth anniversary of sharing our thoughts on Our Girl series one and have subsequently watched the other three series, followed by Soldier Soldier, The Musketeers, Spooks and Hustle so thought it was time to try something different. Matthew steps in to keep Mary away from Sir Pilchard.

Mary and Sir R a bit nippy with each other

Mary admits that Sir Pilchard is getting on her nerves. Gosh imagine being prepared to marry him anyway.

Matthew aware of the chitchat between Sir R and Mary. She insists she will marry him though

Whilst the shooting party are doing their stuff, Mr Mason arrives.

Lady Edith is practically throwing herself at Sir Anthony.

Here's William's Dad. Sounds like Mrs Patmore is smoothing the way for Daisy and Dad to spend more time together.

Edith is pursuing the old buffer again.

Isn't it awful how easily people considered themselves "crippled" in those days? It wouldn't be acceptable to put yourself on the scrap heap now and compared to so many of the injured veterans from the war. He got off lightly.

Meanwhile, Daisy is still trying to tell Mr Mason the truth, but she can't quite manage to do it.

Sir Pilchard is cross and suspicious of Matthew and Mary together. Matthew overhears them rowing again and intervenes.

Mr Mason is such a nice man he manages to avoid Daisy telling him what he doesn't want to hesr

I'm going to be slightly fair to Sir Pilchard for just a few seconds - he is having to put up with a lot of Mary and Matthew sharing moments, I can see why he's losing his patience.

Violet has got Rosamund's beau to admit he's short of money

Oh, dear. Everyone overheard that. Matthew can't help himself. He's promised Mary a home at Downton for the rest of her life. She won't tell him why she has to marry Sir Pilchard. Everyone knows that Mary and Matthew should be together.

Meanwhile down in the Servant's hall the ouija board is out - very funny!!!

Lord G asks Cora why Mary insists on marrying Sir Pilchard and Cora admits that there is a reason.....

...but he wasn't in his own bed!!!!

Oh dear Cora has to tell his Lordship why Mary "must" marry Sir R

Mrs Hughes and O'Brien have to appear as witnesses in Mr Bates trial. Very awkward.
