We watch the chase every day as part of dd (5)'s evening wind down routine

I think she's a fan of Bradley Walsh's banter and lighthearted hosting style

Do you have it on in evenings? Who's your favourite chaser? Mine is The Beast

@HerewegoagainIknowright , as someone who's been on it, did they tell you when you get the money if you win? Is it after broadcast?

I just think, while £1000 is a lot of money, it's also a bit of a crap sum to have to wait for

I think Bradley hams up the "gotta be right" / "ooh I dunno about that" when he knows the opposite is true, to increase the tension, especially when someone has gone for the 'red herring ' answer.

There's a tension there - sometimes it comes across as playful banter but then other times it really doesn't

Shaun is genuinely nice

Bradley is a lovely natural down to earth guy in real life. He used to drink locally in a pub when he had family near us. I’ve never met him, but friends and family have, and all said he’s very friendly, but not in a Do you know who I am kind of way. Just blends in.
