The hugely anticipated second series of Am I Being Unreasonable starts on Wednesday 5th February.

I had mixed feelings about the first series, but will be watching again for Lenny Rush alone. He absolutely stole the show in the first season. A tremendous young actor.

Also, bingo cards at the ready for any MN references!

DMC's lips are so distracting in this series.

I noticed that, too! She's gurning like Les Dawson and it's really off-putting. I've never noticed it before. Has she had her lips done?

That said, I've enjoyed the first episode. Wasn't keen on the taxi scene (I think I just wanted it to get properly started) Lenny Rush absolutely enhances every scene he is in. I remember last year being so impressed at the scene he apparently improvised in (where he scrunched up the wrapping paper to pretend it was a crackly line to get off the phone to his grandparents)

Yeah she's had them done, and lost loads of weight

i was just remembering it last night when watching. it was fantastic

IIRC Daisy May Cooper's reaction in the scene was to tell him that she was really proud of him. That was her actual genuine reaction to his impromptu improvisation (try saying that without your teeth out!)

I can see Lenny Rush going on to Directing. He's obviously an utter natural in his art and I find myself bewitched by his natural ability.

By the way, I feel bad for commenting on DMC's appearance. I wouldn't usually do so, but I knew there was something different about her. My apologies.

I think it's ok to discuss her appearance. She's the main character in a second series where it's supposed to pick right up from where the first series left off.

Also, did anyone else notice the brand new shape mini that wouldn't have been made in time for the setting? Just being a pendant doesn't matter at all really!

Anyway, I loved the show and can't wait for series 3!

Luann de Lesseps of RHONYC fame with her cabaret classic money can't buy you class!! The crossover I never knew I needed.
Enjoyed the first episode but it was manic/chaotic, but I guess that's how the character is feeling, might be odd if it was calm and logical given her state of mind

Me too! I could have sworn Nic's name was Kerry for some reason and actually typed it in an early post on here, but googled and corrected the character name first. I blame menopause! (in my case)
