January flew by in the blink of an eye
Leanne and Steve are getting close
Cassie is drugging Ken day after day
Dose after dose after dose

Abi witnessed Mason's very sad death
She's struggling to keep it together
Carla and Swain are still an item
I wonder if they'll last forever

Bethany and Daisy are always at war
Over Daniel I know what a surprise
Gemma and Chesney are off on a trip
And Nick and Toyah are making us roll our eyes

Kevin may have cancer that's all that he needs
But Tim and Sally seem sound
Amy seems troubled I hope she's OK
And with Leanne and Tracey, mischief is abound

David and Shona are always on their toes
Scared of Harvey's heavies coming at them
Eva has left, will a few more will leave soon?
Will things be quite different by the next full moon?

All the old regulars don't appear much these days
Or any funny storylines or good feeling
It's just like The Bill with all convicts and thugs
And crime and violence that just leaves us reeling

Daisy is pregnant but who's the daddy
She doesn't seem to want to know
I wonder if we'll ever know or she'll keep it a secret

DeeDee's still pregnant I think but she's gone quiet
Lauren's been cleared of her 'crime.'
Debbie's still sassy, and Ronnie's still sexy
And Kit is in Corrie all the time!

Weatherfield A&E is quiet isn’t it, identifiable only by the sign over their heads. No staff, no patients. No budget.

For what should have been an action packed episode it felt like the longest hour of my life.

And as always there is a huge ‘event’ but it has no actual effects. Max will be fine, Toyah will be fine, the only purpose of it is to create yet another mystery and send us round in circles wondering who struck the match. (I don't care.)

None of them have an alibi because they were all shown at the scene of the crime two minutes after it happened.

The rest of Weatherfield must be danger free, most of the patients come from one street. It is like the rest of the hospital that has so much space that Corrie people get their own room. Lauren even lived there for a few months

You're right, I we didn't see Asha did we? Although I did zone out a bit.

But yes isn't it good to see the patients all get their own rooms. Amazing Toyah did not have the obligatory nosetubes! She'll be fully recovered from that bleed on the brain in a fortnight (speaking of which - Nick had a serious head injury too back in the day).

Unless it was Logan who started the fire, no one is going to be held accountable.

The best thing about the episode was Debbie's beret!

Debbie should be in every episode. Debbie, Todd,George, David the Dog, Amy and Aadi.

Just caught up with last night's episode. Its taken 2 goes though because I fell asleep.

Now Swain has noticed there’s something wrong with Abi they shouldn’t be questioning her. They’d have to get her medically passed fit to be questioned.
And the undertakers —- unlocked and deserted with at least one body on the premises ? That wouldn’t happen.

Tracey is becoming the new Blanche, she's had some cracking one liners tonight.

Roy has been cooking and serving food in that cafe for years wearing the same greasy dirty apron and cardigan, not forgetting the hair hanging over his forehead.It should have been closed down over health and hygiene rules ages ago. Also Nina handling and serving food in her ''goth'' black lace gloves which she never seemed to remove .

The ones about Leanne’s legs was brilliant.

Thee never used to be so much police involvement in Corrie did there? Kit must have interviewed everybody on the street by now.

It must have been PC Craigy's night off as I didn't see him when the fire was raging. Maybe too much for him to handle. He's usually just around the corner and in uniform at the first sign of bother.

Tracey has got a nerve calling Leanne a pyro and havi ga go at her when she lit a candle in. Carla’s flat which started a fire and killed Leanne’s fiancé Kal and Sophie’s friend Maddie! Leanne seems to have conveniently forgotten as well.

Nevermind accidental fire starters, there are enough actual arsonists on the street for the police to interview. Kit seemed unaware that Abi had been previously been arrested for the crime. He may have also mentioned that her step son has form too. Hope is another one as is Leanne who set fire to Valandros for the insurance money.

Although I have opened my soap legal texts and the laws of soap clearly rule out anyone immediately suspected so I will clear Leanne, David and Abi of this crime.

David has so been set up by Harvey hasn't he. Funny how Andy turned up and insisted on taking David's number. Then supposedly provides him with an alibi by getting him to be involved in a robbery but then says he's never seen him so David can't drop himself in it about the robbery. Harvey wants David in prison to exact some of his own justice.

There are so many crimes and misdemeanors commited that nearly everyone is a hypocrite. Even those with long rap sheets feign innocent and take umbrage at accusations.

They may as well have played that Billy Joel track all the way through the episode we kept hearing the lyrics.

Tbf though, it's doubtful David's cell buddy was ever supposed to be an alibi. I actually have no idea why David gave his name anyway, when he'd have to admit to being involved in a robbery anyway. It's almost as if he didn't expect Kit would ask where he was with his criminal buddy 🤦‍♀️

Also, with regards to the Rob thing.... he obviously has zero intentions of giving Carla a body part. I'm so hoping his escape gets busted, he's killed and Carla ends up with his kidney anyway as he's signed the consent forms assuming he'll be long gone 🙏😂

Another thing... is that garage cctv footage really proof that Abi didn't do it? As far as I can tell, they don't know the jerry can taken was actually used. I mean obviously it was, but they don't know for sure at this point.

And who would commit a crime wearing such a distinctive hoody anyway? Yes, I'll go in black to be unnoticeable... except I'll have a massive motif displayed on my back 🤦‍♀️
