Having watched each UK series a few times, the Oz ones and the U.S. ones (which I struggled with) just felt tonight had too much thrown at it.
Series 1 - the Endgame with Wilf was a delight.
Series 2 - the Endgame with Harry was nail-biting. And obvs the Diane/Ross connection was amazing.
Also loved the first Australian series where Nigel was my absolute favourite.
This year the death match, the faking of an accent, the throwing in of the Seer, the early Traitor throwing another Traitor under the bus just took a bit of shine off it for me. The last episode Seer thing just meant that Frankie was always going to go and it felt very loaded.
Still highly entertaining, the round tables are always great fun.
I am not sure why they were too bothered working out ‘why am I being protected by a Traitor?’ because it wasn’t the case.
And at the end, you would always choose to get down to two just to get the money, so you would know you are probably getting rid of at least one Faithful.
I need to get a life, don’t I?
