As we enter the final week of The Traitors series 3, who will be victorious?

She has disguised her privilege for personal gain. Has everyone forgotten that? All the other traitors played it straight.

Have they...?

Fairly sure Leanne is hiding the fact she's a soldier.
Lisa hid that she was a vicar...

fanaticalfairy · 23/01/2025 06:56

Anyone else think the ability will be The Seer? And someone will definitely know another players role?

Delatron · 23/01/2025 07:02

Didn’t Charlotte start mentioning Minah’s name the minute she became a traitor? You can argue it was self preservation or a very calculated take down..

Freddie now need to do the same. It will look obvious and he’ll probably end up sacrificing himself but he’s out anyway and he could just try and help someone else win.

I agree it’s a game. But I don’t like Charlotte so would prefer someone else to win.

Raging with Charlotte Angry

Same. Utterly ruthless.

Have I remembered this correctly?

After the round table Claudia said tomorrow is the last round table where the banished person reveals if they are faithful or not. At that point there were six people left. So after the final murder there would be 5 people left. But there is usually 5 people at the start of the final in front of the fire.

What I am getting at is have the producers led Charlotte to not tell Freddie about the shield and do a failed murder on Leanne? For the climax. Because otherwise there would be a murder tonight and then 5 people left and time for the final. But they knew they would need another round table tomorrow to get down to 5 people.

So it seems Freddie will be going along with 'murdering' Leanne. Leanne will tell everyone 'they must have come for me but I had the shield.'

Freddie will realise Charlotte has set him up. The producers will help him exact revenge though. He and Alex will be under suspicion so will work together to put heat on... Charlotte? Leanne? Alex will figure out the best way to banish someone else ❤️. Probably Charlotte. But if they don't suspect a recruitment they might leave Freddie in and he will win.

Last night I started to wonder how much of this is 'scripted' . It was totally out of character for Leanne to have told 3 people she had the shield. She'd been saying earlier how she didn't fully trust anyone. It all seemed too convenient for Charlotte to then have that set up for her to select and manipulate Freddie. I felt like we were being played by the producers rather then watching people genuinely making their own decisions.

I wonder how the Seer will be elected? If Frankie is the Seer then it’s going to be a challenge for her to be listened to by the others. Leanne is outspoken but they don’t listen to her either. Jake was voted as having the most influence in the previous mission. I hope it’s Jake to take the heat off Alexander.

I think that was very obviously scripted, as was Charlotte’s decision to get Freddie to agree to try to murder a shielded player to throw suspicion on the only two people who didn’t know she had the shield.

Why would anyone say no to being a traitor at this stage, youre basically taking yourself straight out the game. Even if it's to put you under the bus, you at least have a fighting chance

I really hope Freddie does fight now. I hope he finds out Charlotte knew Leanne had the shield, realises she’s set him up rather than getting rid of another Faithful and persuades enough people the Traitors were both quiet and under the radar. And Charlotte's the other. The only satisfying outcome now is Charlotte loses, when she could have jointly won with Minah. I need karma to do it’s work.

madamegaskell · 23/01/2025 07:12

How has she "disguised her privilege for personal gain"?

Is it a privilege not to be Welsh??

APushbikeNamedReluctance · 23/01/2025 07:13

Interesting how they are thinking Jake is a traitor. With all the "why is he still here' business they haven't thought he might be a devious traitor who was gunning for other traitors from the start.

happinessischocolate · 23/01/2025 07:14

I'm hoping she's underestimated Freddie.

Minah suggested the clique to Freddie, but he was the one who went into the lions den, called them all a clique, got them to turn on each other AND walked away unscathed

He's also defended himself successfully several times.

The only question is whether he can now do it as a traitor.

I have no appetite for another Keiran situation where a reluctant is recruited to be sacrificed.

WatchOutMissMarpleIsAbout · 23/01/2025 07:14

It’ll be interesting watching it play out that’s for sure. I’m still Freddie or Alexander for the win. Don’t mind Frankie. Defo don’t want Charlotte or Leanne. Jake not fussed!

EdithBond · 23/01/2025 07:16

happinessischocolate · 23/01/2025 00:24

If traitors win I want it to be Freddie

If faithfuls win then I want it to be Alexander and Frankie, Frankie because Alexander can't win on his own and whilst she's been fairly useless at choosing traitors she's remained a nice person who doesn't lose perspective and turn nasty. Something that Joe and Leanne were unable to do.

I hope Frankie proves she’s not irrelevant and takes out Charlotte.

APushbikeNamedReluctance · 23/01/2025 07:16

Freddie was well able to call Minah out at the round table - about how she's never actual made an independent decision but just gone with the group at the table.

I think this is a real weakness in the game. Accept or be murdered. Not much of a choice but thems the rulesz!

@witchycat2 sorry to bother you but we’re perilously close to the end of the thread…. 😁

and at the rate we’re chatting it will be gone while I’m cleaning my teeth 🤣

I don't understand why, at this late stage, she had to recruit at all. Even if they do "catch" her tomorrow, they won't know. And they won't know how many are left in.

I suppose the viewers will know it's a faithful win, but if you are like me, that wouldn't stop enjoyment of the game - likely they'll still vote someone out at that point anyways just to get out someone they have a minor sus about.

PuppyMonkey · 23/01/2025 07:22

I’m really interested in how many on here don’t like Charlotte and how she’s playing the game - I think she’s brilliant, although fully suspect the “failed murder of Leanne” set up for Freddie was suggested to her by some producer type. Who cares? it’ll be hilarious. Grin

Yes. He did get it right eventually about Minah. So that may make the group trust him. He needs to be clever but if he thinks clearly he may be able to take Charlotte down.

Maybe not - it came to my mind the second she heard Leanne had the shield, so not too challenging an option to consider.

JaneJeffer · 23/01/2025 07:26

Freddie is going to realise he's been set up by Charlotte as soon as the shield conversation is mentioned.

mewkins · 23/01/2025 07:28

Phthia · 22/01/2025 23:18

I think they've tightened up on that, and traitors are absolutely forbidden from even hinting who the others are when they get banished.

I think so too. It was always fun but yeah it kind of ruined the game.

Sixtop · 23/01/2025 07:35

Yes, I’m a little taken aback at how many people feel negatively towards Charlotte. She’s playing the game according to the rules. She hasn’t behaved in any way unpleasantly beyond the requirements for self-preservation necessary to functioning as a traitor who is going to last longer than five minutes.

And I assume whatever contract you sign as a contestant means she doesn’t have the capacity to resist producer scripts like ‘conceal your knowledge about Leanne having the shield to create a patsy traitor for a little extra tension in the next episode’, any more than Leanne had the capacity to say ‘No, I don’t want to tell two specific people I have the shield and tell them to conceal it’,

Alexander, when he apologised to Minah for spelling her name wrong ❤️

He's still apologising too!

I think it's because Minah has been so popular since the start. And Minah was all about 'girl power' and wanted to win with Charlotte but Charlotte was trying to get Minah out the minute she became a traitor.
