As we enter the final week of The Traitors series 3, who will be victorious?

I didn’t see nastiness either.

Traitors HAVE to screw each other over when the time is right. Charlotte didn’t say anything unkind, she plotted no more than any other traitor

She has disguised her privilege for personal gain. Has everyone forgotten that? All the other traitors played it straight.

No different to Leanne disguising her real job. Or Diane and Ross disguising that they have family in the ranks.

JandamiHash · 23/01/2025 00:12

Also the traitors are literally disgusting who they are to get to the end. If you don’t like people being fake to win a game traitors isn’t for you 🤷‍♀️

Charlotte is cunning but not likeable

Edited

I like her. But even so, it's not a popularity contest. We don't get to vote

How gorgeous does Oti look on Uncloaked?! 😍

Talent, personality, legs and boobs. My girl crush

Well, we don't actually know that much about her background. I know many people with fairly posh accents who aren't hugely privileged. Charlotte's accent sounds just Standard English to me. Her mum's Welsh, so her Welsh accent wasn't totally random. I think putting on a fake accent seemed a bit odd; but her choice, and no more a deception than others from other contestants past and present.

I repeat that I don't want Charlotte to win, but I don't get your anger towards her. She's just trying to win a game!

Mine too.

She is the whole package.
Brains, beauty, talent. What ever "it" is, she has got it.

No wonder she's hardly ever off the telly.

Clafoutie · 22/01/2025 23:48

But, it is a game, and she is playing to win! It isn’t real life at the end of the day.

Exactly my thoughts, it’s a game, you need tactics to win.

when the boys were saying they were playing to win when gathered round the round table, the girls were all so hurt

IT’S ONLY A GAME!

and when the are banished they all say what a great time they’ve had playing the game so all are very much aware it’s a game. I wonder if they have mental health coaches behind the scenes.

happinessischocolate · 23/01/2025 00:24

If traitors win I want it to be Freddie

If faithfuls win then I want it to be Alexander and Frankie, Frankie because Alexander can't win on his own and whilst she's been fairly useless at choosing traitors she's remained a nice person who doesn't lose perspective and turn nasty. Something that Joe and Leanne were unable to do.

Charlotte’s accent just sounds like standard Southern English to me as well. Not hearing anything particularly posh / privileged in it.

Because people can like or dislike whoever they want. She's not the only one people have had something to say against in the whole show - look at Joe for example!

Some people don't like Charlotte, but some really admire her for her strategic thinking and that is fine.

Yes, she sounds a bit like me, and I am most certainly not posh 😂

Of course. Everyone is entitled to their own view. I agree completely. But, we need to remind ourselves it's just a game at the same time.

WinterCosiness · 23/01/2025 00:35

Anyway, I think most of us are united in our support for Alexander, so that's great. As team faithful supporter, I'm so glad he didn't get recruited to the dark side!

The only privilege she has is that she is a Traitor and the others aren't (apart from Freddie now as well, of course). She's not supposed to be playing it straight. And the whole point of any television game show is to play it for personal gain, surely?

Clafoutie · 23/01/2025 00:58

witchycat2 · 22/01/2025 21:22

Yes but the dramaaaa

I keep coming back to this as I can’t stop smiling at it. I can just hear Pam’s voice saying this line 😂

Ilovefishcakes201 · 23/01/2025 01:03

I think people aren’t fans of Charlotte because we’ve met a Charlotte in the workplace. Nice but will absolutely stab you in the back given half a chance.

Choux · 23/01/2025 01:10

Have I remembered this correctly?

After the round table Claudia said tomorrow is the last round table where the banished person reveals if they are faithful or not. At that point there were six people left. So after the final murder there would be 5 people left. But there is usually 5 people at the start of the final in front of the fire.

What I am getting at is have the producers led Charlotte to not tell Freddie about the shield and do a failed murder on Leanne? For the climax. Because otherwise there would be a murder tonight and then 5 people left and time for the final. But they knew they would need another round table tomorrow to get down to 5 people.

So it seems Freddie will be going along with 'murdering' Leanne. Leanne will tell everyone 'they must have come for me but I had the shield.'

Freddie will realise Charlotte has set him up. The producers will help him exact revenge though. He and Alex will be under suspicion so will work together to put heat on... Charlotte? Leanne? Alex will figure out the best way to banish someone else ❤️. Probably Charlotte. But if they don't suspect a recruitment they might leave Freddie in and he will win.

Raging with Charlotte Angry

WatchOutMissMarpleIsAbout · 23/01/2025 04:18

Joe came across better on Uncloaked, wonder how he feels about the way he’s been edited? Minah came across as more or less the same. Think she’ll have a tv career.

Alexander for the win! But I think will be Charlotte.

Loopytiles · 23/01/2025 06:19

Minah was an excellent, collaborative leader of the traitors, dislike how Charlotte plays, there are different ways to play the game.

Yes, they do. I read this in an interview with a former contestant, I think.

I don't regard not having a Welsh accent as a privilege.

myplace · 23/01/2025 06:47

They definitely refer to the show’s psychologist when referring to the crew all knowing who the traitors are.

I can’t remember imagine the psych crooning ‘It’s just a game, remember’ on repeat multiple times a day.
Or, ‘They’re just dolls, they can’t hurt you!’.

APushbikeNamedReluctance · 23/01/2025 06:55

It's gas really how people base who should win on who they like and dislike (an opinion formed on watching them for a few hours), whilst simultaneously criticising or even calling these people "thick" for quickly forming opinion-based relationships with each other and basing a lot of their opinions on that.

One of the reasons I love this programme is the different interaction and who love to hear the psychological behind it. (About players and viewers.). I mean things like Leanne bulling for the traitors saying she was two faced, the seemingly getting over it quickly so she didn't even mention it once the traitor was revealed.

That said, I'm very put out Charlotte worked on getting Minah out from her first day of traitoring!! But she is playing a very similar game to Minah (both loving the game) only difference being she wasn't into the support of each other - probably due to being a recruit. We just don't know if Charlotte would have played the sisterhood gand had she been in from the start.
