Continued discussion for series 3 of The Traitors UK.

I feel vindicated for putting Leanne on my Irritating List at the very beginning. She got really stroppy - sorry sassy - because someone suggested her. Just like Livi feels justified in accusing whoever she wants but goes baluba at any suggestion of her being a traitor.

I've a two questions:

• who did Alexander name to Charlotte and Frankie? Was it Leanne and Minah?
• who else does Jake suspect? He thinks he's a genuis now (and figured out on the train that Linda would turn her head at "traitors"), so will be convinced he's right about whoever else he suspects.

Alex finally getting a bit of screen time. We'll be able to find out who he is now!! Though it looks positive he's calm.

Jake and Joe. Bleurgh. All that jumping and chair smashing. Not sure who I want out most Leanne, Jake or Joe.

I would like a double murder tomorrow. So many annoying people!

In addition to the many irritating things about the majority of the faithfuls this year ( immature, over emotional, seem not to like intelligent or strategic thinkers) is that they persist with the idea that there is a ‘traitor personality’ and that someone can’t be a traitor because they are ‘ not the type/ are my friend,etc’. It is maddening.

I want a double murder where Jake and Joe are offed together. Preferably by the Scary Clowns from last week.

Leanne is a terrible pain in the ass — she’s in a game show where the whole point of it is suspecting other people, so why on earth get aggressive when someone suspects you?

Just caught up - disappointed with Linda's snarkiness. Not surprised at Leanne having a strop, I wouldn't mind if she got murdered. I'll save Fozia v. Linda for tomorrow night 😁

In fact, they all are! There is no celebration about getting a traitor. They just replace them 🙈

Yes, you want there to be a tannoy announcement every hour that says THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TRAITOR AND A FAITHFUL IS A TAP ON THE SHOULDER.

Why?

Fozia just has a very standard take the piss humour. Seemed fine with Linda - as did Linda with her - both right after the murder/banishment and on the show.

She's got no heat on her now

I agree about fozia disliking Linda. She didn't like her from day 1.
Linda's "get over it" was clearly in jest.

Agree. I think she didn’t like Linda referring to her as madam, which seems fair enough. They’d made up a bit, but not that much!

Do people think Charlotte will drop her Welsh accent in front of Minah?

I have to say, I totally understand why Jake was so euphoric. After so many faithfuls falsely accused and banished, they finally found a traitor! He'd been right about her from day 1, and of course it's a massive boost to know you've been right about at least one person. I'm sure he knows he could go that night or any night. But, very satisfying for him to have been part of the banishment before he goes. I like the guy, and think he's entitled to his moment 😊

I really hope Minah gets the heat off herself now.

Anna is gunning for her now with her-got-it-right-by-the-wrong-theory. Hopefully she'll be put off track with the fact Linda was a traitor - might recall Linda hugging her last night or something.

It would be quite funny if she went all Cockney in the tower!

"predicted"?! Linda's been on the spotlight a lot. It was obvious she was next that's why minah and Linda discussed minah voting for her!

I don't think it was in jest. She said it under her breath. She'd been pretty hostile to Fozia for a while.
I liked Linda; but nobody's perfect, and that's where her fault lay, in my humble opinion.

Yes.

Fozia was pretty harsh back to Linda after being so gracious with Leon. I thought Leon was a bit cold towards Fozia but perhaps that was the pressure of the game.

Fozia was exactly the same to Linda and it was fozia from the get go saying something about Linda. I seem to recall some footage of them getting their dinner from a buffet or something and it was super awkward between them.

But I deffo think the comment was in jest you just couldn't see her face. They were having banter back and forth!!

Well, yes and no. Claudia isn't wearing a blindfold when she makes the taps on the shoulder, and we see her on day 1 interviewing the players so she can decide who to make a traitor.

That said, I suspect that the producers and researchers have had their eyes on potential traitors (and potential "could never be traitors but might make really good faithfuls") since recruitment for the series started, and Claudia's interview might just be for form's sake. It would be interesting if someone were to dish the dirt on how the production works. (Maybe they already have somewhere?)

Of course, that doesn't mean that the traitors have any particular bad characteristic as a person, but they are clearly selected in the expectation that they will make good telly.

Except he was so pleased that he had picked Linda as a traitor on the train!

I think he will get murdered tonight as no one will vote him out now.

To be fair, Linda had just ended her (Fozia's) game and been revealed as a traitor after Fozia had long suspected her. It's understandable she'd be less gracious to Linda than to Leon, who just won a game fair and square. I honestly think Fozia's a fair and ethical person.

No point murdering Jake - who would that point the finger at?

Unless Jake suspects someone else, but he's been fairly focused on Linda, I'm not sure he picked up on anyone else "since the train".

Jake will never get banished as he’s so obviously a faithful because of the Linda thing. So needs murdering at some point so he doesn’t win!
