I meant “save India” as in giving them the choice to couple up with her instead, not going home themselves. As in, if Luca had chosen to step forward for her then they would have become a couple and then Kaz would have gone home instead..
It might have been interesting as I think a few of them were probably interested in her from the start but didn’t pursue it as she was with Scott all the time.
That never happens though, an absolute curve ball where a contestant just picks someone unexpected. It’s always such a “storyline” where you know who they are going to pick or that it is between two different people as that story has already been set up. The earliest seasons weren’t like that. The public also voted for their favourite islanders a lot too, instead of voting for couples, which meant that one half of a couple got sent home and the other one had to try and start a connection with someone else.
