The script is so badly written. Brought in Danielle to get between Ekin and Curtis, brought in Sammie to get between Luca and Grace, they are bringing in Jess to try get between Harriett and Ronnie! Snooooooze!

She was awful. I think ronnie and Harriet will stay strong though. Happy to see them win

Just watching tonight's episode - Elma was so nasty with Ekin & I don't really get why.

Ekin looked like she was genuinely upset & crying (first time there was real emotion from
her).

I was team Elma there. Curtis went too far calling her ridiculous etc and she stood her ground. She would've been better not making her comments as Sammy can apologise if he wants but Ekin Su grabbed the opportunity to play the victim where she had deliberately tried to piss Elma off and succeeded. Sammy can of course do what he likes but in the circs I would have preferred he didn't approach ES to apologise. I think I would find Curtis and Ekin Su a bit unsettling to be around, their histrionics and manipulation.

Whatever the thoughts of the whole Elma / Sammy/ Ekin thing, I found it uncomfortable viewing Curtis pulling Elma like that. I'm glad she stood her ground as to me it seemed intimidating of him.

No pity for Ekin here. She's a manipulative cow. All that with Samie and Luca on the sunbeds. Setting it up with no thought for Grace at all. Samie was embarrassingly desperate.

I think she's thinking that Luca and Grace are her only competition tbh so trying to split them up. Too late now.

It's so dull when they're all coupled up and nothing can change that at this stage.

I think Ekin was more upset about Lucca pieing her . And yes I totally agree about her not caring a jot about Grace with what she did with Sammy and what she said.

I'm glad Samie has been put out of her misery now. I thought Elma was awful, very mean girls at school. She came across very differently on Towie than she does on this.

Elma was awful and Curtis was way too polite with her.

It felt a bit unfair on Samie, being sent in with with nobody to really approach except for someone in an established couple. She couldn't just sit and do nothing, but in talking about about their past messages and checking Luca definitely wasn't interested after kissing her, was made to look a bit silly and desperate. She was actually wasted this series. I'd wish I hadn't bothered if I was Samie. She's clearly an attractive girl willing to get stuck in, there just wasn't any opportunity.

Danielle not so much, if Curtis was her choice (rather than producers') it was a bad one. Then I'm not sure she was very open to Ron or Chuggs.

It will be the same if Jess goes in @Catlord as Ronnie won’t be remotely interested in her and there is no-one else for her to go after. Then she will go home. It feels like even the producers have lost interest at that point 😂

I’ve also never seen a “snog,marry,pie” where so many islanders chose not to snog anyone. It seems as if there a few genuine couples in there at this point and that is why they are refusing to play along. Luca seemed as if he did one thing based on producer pressure but then immediately regretted it, and I can’t see Ronnie taking part in a manufactured Jess “triangle”.

can't understand why she wasn't put in from the start. Or going in when Danielle went in. The only logical explanation could be that she maybe had a scheduling conflict and could only go in now.

Yes in normal LI it's usually the other way round, snog the one you like as a friend/ the maybe or also ran if you're not seriously coupled up and marry the one you're trying to make a go with. This time round, people seemed to act more how you might in real life, where snogging anyone but your partner is asking for trouble.

Only Omar seemed to really not read the room, upsetting Catherine. Some kisses for friends but no other real snogs.

CBA with Jess. If she comes in saying Ronnie's contacted her or something that's genuinely cruel of producers for Harriet. If not, it's pointless for her as Ronnie seemed to have lost interest anyway before the end and there's nobody else free.

If it was not for Ian Sterling's commentary I would have given up with this season straight away. Even he seems to be struggling with this lack lustre lot.

I would love Catherine and Omar to win.
Can't warm to Grace and Luca at all. Producers were very unfair to Samie, she had no options.
