Carry on discussion for the 3rd series of The Traitors

I’ve said it before but I liked the 3 who got off the train. All of them deserve to come back in.

I don't think we necessarily see the events in the same order that they happened. Everything is filmed in advance and very cleverly edited and put together.

I think everyone thinks the Train 3 are in the Rail Replacement carriage.

TBH I noticed the Scottish accent more than the trans aspect - I don't think that's a genuine Scottish accent, or at least its being very exaggerated (I'm a Scot)

Ineedasheri very interesting. Could Alex be another contender pretending to come from a different country? Could he in fact be a posh Londoner who works for MI5?

I would give spoilers but if anyone watched The Mole, one of the contestants was nit who they claimed to be and it did affect the way the others treated them.

Well, we have a fake Welsh person so why not a fake Scottish person as well?

Or Alex has been taking accent lessons from Alan Cumming.

Also it's a stupid thing for them to say. If he was a traitor he wouldn't be a good one as they all think he's a traitor and the main thing a traitor needs to do is not be found out!
I do wonder if unconscious bias has an effect.
People tend to msitrust people they see as different from them. And all the people who have left so far are from minority ethnic groups.

I agree, I like Alex, seems a lot less reactionary than some of the others, but asking people to say why they need the money is a bit of a shitty move.

Sounds Edinburgh to me. Very similar accent to Iain Stirling.

There was a Nathan as well I think, was he voted out or just quiet? I’m losing track already.

I definitely think they are in the rail replacement carriage. Glad Armani is gone now. She was driving me mad.

@TheDowagerCountessofPembroke Nathan was the bald estate agent who was the first one banished.

Nathan was the first voted out, not entirely sure why.

Also be mad to convert Kaz as he's likely to get voted off next anyway!
I think they should recruit however...well I think Minah should...because Linda isn't holding her game together very well.

I don't really think they all knew why either! The first one must be tricky, as they barely know each other.

I saw Leon last night, and genuinely thought, who’s that? He’s not featured at all, or even been in the background of shots.

It must be. How can they know anything? It’s quite possible that they haven’t even spoken to everyone. They hadn’t even had a task so they couldn’t say that this person didn’t pull their weight etc.

I still don't know all their names. Leon and Anna (???) are particularly elusive.

Who on earth is Leon?

40 year old black guy. I really can’t say anymore than that. He’s one of those people that will appear in the diary room or get mentioned and you remember they exist.
