I recall someone from an international series not wanting to be a traitor as it may affect their career to be perceived as untrustworthy. Can't remember who. I would have thought the priest may have similar issues?

I wonder if the sisters had any pact beforehand. Like agreeing if they wear a certain item of clothing to breakfast or something it'll indicate what team they're on.
