So many women pregnant, is there something in the water?
Wonder if they'll have a son or a daughter?
Joel's story lingers on, that's really too bad.
And now we have to put up with his mum and his dad.

Lauren's gonna do time, I wonder how long.
I guess she deserves it as she has done wrong.
Gail's gonna leave soon, after 50 whole years.
It'll be such a shame, there will many tears!

Bethany's putting on a brave face, though she's had a tough ride.
Daniel's still boring, and Kit's always snide.
Daisy's always got a snooty little pout.
And looks like she might just knock someone out..

Toyah and Nick have been secretly smooching.
Leanne knows all about it though, as she's always mooching.
Debbie's so funny, and Eileen's so droll
And Roy, a real favourite, is one of the best characters of all

Carla and Swain are getting quite close.
Not such a secret now, and nearly everyone knows.
Mason the baddie has gone quite good.
And Betsy always acts like she's Queen of the Hood!

Not much more to review for now.
But it's happy new year to us all.
I wonder how the Corrie cast will celebrate?
I bet they will have a ball.

Evelyn is going into the special halls they have for mature students. This was mentioned during a conversation with maybe Roy? Or Mary? Definitely mentioned, because I said to my friend that I had no idea that such things existed.

I assume Rob set up the shortage thing with Matty to win back Bobby? What a ridiculous storyline

I said to my friend after the pre-programme warning about "violence and upsetting scenes" that it feels like there's never any normal life on The Street. I wish they'd just dial all the violence right back and just focus on relationships. Not even romance relationships, but friendships. Colleagues etc

How do these magazines keep offering Bethany jobs? She messed up the last one and even got sacked from Hiya. When she went to Turkey for the plastic surgery she ended up getting some, aren't journalists meant to be a bit more detached than that?

I don't think Sarah gets her swishy hair from Gail, her extension bonds were clearly visible on Monday night. She looks great though.

Stacey actress in EE is fairly obviously pregnant..,and yet still on the square !

I reckon all of these scenes with Bethany were filmed more than 3 months ago ?

Sarah looks amazing

She is so pretty - I don't even think she looks like she's had any work done other than possibly a touch of Botox . She looks about 25 and I want to know her secret 😂

She is isn't she? Tina has always been so pretty, and doesn't seem to have changed hardly. If she has had any 'help' it doesn't show at all - whereas with Carla, even those she is attractive, it's pretty obvious she has had procedures on her face. (When you look back at her from 20 years ago you can see the difference.)

Tina (Sarah) is in 42 this summer, and looks 10-11 years younger. Not that there's anything wrong with looking your age by the way!

Also, congratulations to Lucy Fallon on the birth of her new baby! 👶(Her second one, I think she had a boy, and has a girl too now!) But yeah, as @zanahoria said, I don't get how Bethany keeps getting these amazing journo jobs! Anyone who works in that industry knows it's easier to plait fog than to find a job in this industry! It's soooo competitive!

Lucy is nearly 30 too. She also looks younger, I thought she was around 23.

I'm always envious of how great Sarah looks

Seems so effortless too. She just looks so nice all the time.

I know she probably does make an effort, but it feels like even if she didn't, she would still look fab!

Sarah has always looked young for her age. It's a massive benefit for child actors as obviously they can deal with the often harrowing storylines better whilst still looking young enough to play a child a few years younger.

Maria has swishy hair too. And Daisy. Audrey is a fabulous hairdresser.

So much wonderful hair. I'd love a bit of swish, if only!

I'm more a Sally and Yasmeen hairstyle, but I hope to become Rita when I grow up.
