I watched it on delay as we didn’t get home till 8. I thought it was a lovely show and nice to see some old faces.

The “In Memorium” was very well done.

Would face been nice to see some more of the old Pros but I guess a) not enough time and b) some will have turned it down.

No mention of Lisa Snowdon. I do wonder whether she's banned it somehow!!

Yes, it was really well done. I loved the in memoriam part and how much affection they had for the people they focused on (Caroline Flack, Dave Myers, Robin Windsor, Brucie and Len).

We need more novice dancers with a sense of humour and joy

The special was lovely and sent a real message to all the whiners who claimed that they wouldn’t be watching this year 😃Amazing how much style has changed in 20 years but interesting to see how reserved and not OTT the celebs and pros were ‘back in the day’ 😆

Yes I thought that was a bit awks. All the other couples were either now happily partnered up and having kids together or has always been just chums. The Jojo/John situation was a reminder of the emotional downside of the Strictly Journey.

Were they a couple? Did not know that.

What message did it send and why are they whiners? I wasn't at all convinced I'd watch this year and I definitely didn't enjoy this year's as much as I have previously. I did enjoy the special though. It was lovely to look back at some of the people who've been on before and at some of the wonderful dances.

I thought it was interesting that most of the celebs were back with their professional partner from the show but not Layton.

Just seen that there is the first drag contestant this year. Tayce who was on the first Drag Race UK and is from Newport. He is partnered with Kai. Should be interesting.

1972 rang: they want their song and dance number back.
