Belle’s irritating, the whole story line has gone on way too long.

I’ve been affected by issues raised in tonight’s programme, mainly the atrocious plot.

Remember months ago we jokingly said they’ll drag this Belle and Tom story out till Christmas. Well, here we are still going round in circles with it.

Probably still be going on next Christmas at this rate

I just thought the same thing, around we go again.
Perhaps Tom walks free from court and gets squashed by a truck outside?

How can Belle not see it’s another manipulation tactic of Toms? I thought she would be able to see it now

Trouble is they start a good story line, then just drop it, then pick it up again. Rinse and repeat. They exhaust every story line to death. One week it’s Kim and Will, last week looked promising with Ruby and her dad, but we haven’t seen them this week. It’s tedious. The continuity is dire. I end up not caring anymore because I just want it concluded. Ideally you’d have quicker paced story lines interspersed with day to day lives of other characters.

I don't understand how they can bring up Gemma in this trial. Belle is not on trial. Tom is. Why do they need to bring up Gemma at all? It has nothing to do with Tom's crime. If it was Belle on trial I could maybe see the logic but she's not 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m guessing that because Gemma will be brought up and that’s how Belle got her diagnosis, the defence might say that’s why she attacked Tom because she was hearing voices, just like she did when she killed Gemma

It's all so infuriating. I wanted to shout at Belle for giving Tom the benefit of the doubt even after all he's put her through.
It's dragged on for so long and gone round in circles so much that when it finally comes to a conclusion we'll find it a massive anticlimax.

I think the only hope of bringing it to a swift conclusion is if his weedy little lawyer friend turns him in to the police. But then he’d incriminate himself . It’s so frustrating.

Yes but Belle isn't on trial for attacking Tom. The police dropped the charges (for now). Tom is on trial for coercive control and assault. They have all the video evidence proving he's guilty. Gemma is not relevant to Tom's trial.

It will probably be on Christmas day when we are all sozzled and stuffed asleep on the sofa so we don't even get to see the finale.

Oh dear god, I feel the same as you all, when will it ever end and I skipped it for ages thinking it would be over sooner, it's beyond tedious now.

Charity should have put a pillow over Tom's smug face and end it altogether.

I honestly cant stand John, there's is something very off-putting about him.

Because I skipped quite a bit I have no idea what is going on with Kim and Will but I'm rooting for Kim.

Brenda and Eric should get back together and drive off into the sunset, don't get me wrong I think they're both great but it's time they went.
