Ritchie is gone.

It’s really hard to make a vegan dessert. I have a couple of close friends who are vegan. I’ve been vegi for decades and never have a problem with a main course but dessert without cream or egg is really tricky.

Michael does inadvertently make me laugh. He could kill them all with botulism and he'd say something like, 'Well, it wasn't ideal but they did like the pastry.'
