SERIOUS POWER, SERIOUS DECISIONS AND A SURPRISING OUTCOME ROCKS THE HOUSE – IT’S NOMINATIONS TIME!
Housemates are assembled in the living room for this week’s nominations. And this week they whizz through the Diary Room in record time.
Later in the day, Marcello is summoned to Big Brother’s Secret Basement for his first task as Head of House.
Big Brother says, “Marcello, as the final Head of House, the power is now truly in your hands. But with serious power comes serious decisions.”
“In front of you are two powers. Both will have a major impact on the house. You can only choose one. Before you make that decision Marcello, Big Brother can share some top-secret information with you. The housemates currently facing eviction are…”
Marcello responds, “Wow, that is really quite shocking to be honest with you…”
Big Brother says, “Head of House Marcello, it’s decision time. You can either save an ally and replace them with anyone you like, or you can take aim at a rival and use the killer nomination to put them up for eviction. Which power will you choose?”
Marcello gives Big Brother his choice, “…A very tough decision Big Brother as you know, all of the people in the house at this point are very very close to me. I do appreciate them… wholeheartedly, and to jeopardise any of their positions at this point is very heartbreaking. But I have to do what I have to do. This is Big Brother, and I am Head of House. I think I’ve made my decision. This is how the cookie is gonna crumble.”
Tensions are high in the house. What will Head of House Marcello choose to do and how will this impact the atmosphere and relationships in the Big Brother house?
ALI AND NATHAN HAVE A GOSSIP IN THE BEDROOM
Speaking in the bedroom, Nathan and Ali put the Big Brother world to rights and share their opinions on fellow Housemates.
Nathan says, “I think there’s two clear subconscious groups in the house…”
Ali agrees, “Yeah.”
Nathan continues, “I then gave each group a name: The Fake Vanity Bunch…”
Ali scoffs and says, “Oh for f**ks…”
After a momentary pause in conversation due to Lily screaming, Lily asks, “What have you been saying?”
Nathan responds, “I’d just like to nominate. And I’d a probably, there’s a couple people in this house that are worthy of nomination. I just hope that other people see it in terms of fakeness in the house, I really do.”
Ali responds, “I also think you can like people and still acknowledge that they’re being a bit fake ‘cause they’re playing a game. I don’t think it means that you completely dislike people ‘cause I definitely feel like I’ve softened towards people.”
Nathan says, “Okay, I’ve hardened towards one in particular.”
Ali says, “That’s the one I’ve softened towards.”
Nathan says, “Yeah, I’d probably say I dislike, actually I’d use the word dislike… yeah.”
Ali says, “I think you go a long way in the house if you’re a bro or if you’re prepared to flirt and twerk. And that ain’t me.”
IS THERE A FUTURE FOR NATHAN AND BAKED POTATO?
Ali and Baked Potato are in the storage room, leading Ali to quiz Baked Potato about what the future holds for her and Nathan.
Ali says, “What about you and Nathan?”
Baked Potato responds, “What about him?”
Ali asks, “What does the future hold?”
Baked Potato shrugs and says, “I don’t know.”
Ali says, “He’s gonna meet your parents very quickly.”
Baked Potato responds, “Oh yeah yeah yeah, no definitely, definitely. And I am very very worried about that.”
Ali says, “Are you? … What do you think they’ll think?”
Baked Potato says, “Um, my mum is a left wing socialist so that’s gonna go down like a treat.”
Ali responds, “He says he wants Nigel Farage to be Prime Minister.”
Baked Potato says, “Yeah... that’s ugh…”
Ali says, “It’s a hard sell.”
Baked Potato agrees, “It’s a hard sell.”
What does the future outside the Big Brother house look like for Nathan and Baked Potato? And will Nathan be able to charm Baked Potato’s parents despite their different political beliefs?
