Alternatively a private clinic. Both are costly rather than through the NHS but it is easily done

She could well have qualified to be fair, I think it’s a bmi of 30 that qualifies for private prescriptions.

Eating between 11am and 7pm
No white carbs
No booze
Restricting calories on Mondays and Wednesdays

And so much work stress I couldn't eat much

I think the last bit was most effective but I wouldn't recommend it. And there was a point where I could have drunk a bottle of wine a night and I chose not to drink at all.

What surprised me was that I didn't put the weight back on when the stress reduced.
I'm also aware that our bodies change a lot for many reasons including periods, pregnancy and meenopause yet we are expected to live up to impossible beauty standards set by obese men who can change the rules whenever they like.
