Just catching up now. Been busy for a couple of days, and haven't been online much! Just watched Monday's show and will watch last night's with my lunch! Working from home and about to have lunch - 1 til 2!

Thank GOD bloody Caspar and Emma and Alex and Holly have gone. Both relationships were shockingly bad!

I so much wanted to throw something at the TV every time Alex grinned and displayed that hideous, grim smirk that he does. Such a horrible man. I would imagine he will be perma single now, because who the F is going to want to be in a relationship with him?!

Kieran is a bit of a shit isn't he? Poor Kristina, she deserves better. He clearly wants to bail because of Kristina's condition.

Has anyone seen the concert Raye did at the Albert Hall? It was on TV recently. She talked about feeling bad about her body and very bravely, stripped down to her underwear for 2 of her songs!

Yes it was very moving and poignant moment. There was more to it than just hating her body though. Shes been very open about being assaulted. She spoke about it in her interview with Louis Theroux.

They showed 2 clips. R going to 2 of the lads to say goodbye and said they had an argument about shoelaces!!! And S went to the girls and said they had an argument and behind closed doors he is completely different person. Then you see both leave separately. The experts gloss over it and state they both left the experiment and they wiwh them the best for the future that was it!!! No clips of the other couples commenting on it and no input from anyone. No final interview.

I think she may be using a weightloss injection to lose that much weight in the last four or five months. I was lighter than Polly back in May and I've lost two stone since then. I am not as slim as she is.
