@Nextdoor55 have you seen all the episodes and interactions involving Alex because it's telling if you watch them all. There's a collective pattern of behaviour. He scares Holly. She's a fishwife, she's unpleasant and like a bully with other women. But with Alex, she's so unsure of what acceptable behaviour is, she can't see it in its entirety. She'll keep coming back until it sinks in. Terrible self esteem.

Alex did amazing tonight. Ross on the other hand showed himaelf to be aggressive and bang out of order with his approach. The advice is - if you're aware they are one - to never go into couples counselling with a narcissistic personality like Alex. Because the manipulation is so effective in the right environment and with no direct life experience of one, even a therapist could be sucked in. I realised recently that virtually anyone can practice as a therapist which is great 🤷‍♀️
