Really? To me she went on the show for a Hollibob. If she was serious why was she worried about her daughter birthday. She knew the shows duration but still opted to go on.

I don't honestly feel Sasha and Ross are a good couple. They look the part and seem ok but you can't see anymore deepness to their connection it is very superficial and almost for the cameras.
Kierien and Kristina seem a lot more genuine and will probably stand the test of time.

Ryan is so immature the day he behaved like marking his territory was the actions of a teenager. I don't think him and Shannon will be together long term at all. Just a laugh and that's it.

I got laid into, and called a bully on the previous thread, and got told I was ruining a light-hearted thread for having a pop at Hannah's looks, (so much so that I withdrew the post and apologised.) Like, 5 or 6 people laid into me!

Yet people are freely attacking her on here, and even posting pictures of Dobby from Harry Potter - saying Hannah looks like him, and no-one is saying anything. Why?

One rule for one and one rule for another is it? Not really fair.

I think there’s another side to Ryan. A dark one at that. I think Shannon ( I can’t spell it how she does ) will bin off the bin man once the experiment finishes and I doubt she’ll relocate to Manchester to be with bin man.

And I doubt he’ll relocate to Scotland and leave his granny behind.

Both of them said they previously had toxic relationships. I’m sorry to say this but I’m afraid they probably attract those type of blokes. It isn’t a coincidence.

Well yeah fair enough. The comments are a bit mean and cruel. I agree.

As I said, I made a few comments about Hannah's looks in a post on the last thread, and like I said, 5 or 6 posters came at me and said it was bullying behaviour, unnecessary, mean and cruel, and that I was spoiling the light-hearted thread. And yeah - when I looked at them - they were mean, and I got the post withdrawn. Then I said sorry.

Yet on this one, people are being cruel about her looks and no-one is saying anything.

Sorry, I don't want to derail the thread, or make an issue out of this, and I won't labour the point, but I am just a little bit annoyed about it.. To be honest, after being chastised, I felt quite awkward - and reluctant to post on here.

So I am frankly quite surprised to see Hannah being mocked - and her looks slated - on this thread, and even more surprised that no-one has called it out.

As I've said before, I think it's fine to mock people for stuff they've done to themselves.

Mumsnet is funny like that. Sometimes it takes one person to launch a protest and lots of others will pile on. If that first person doesn’t come forward, it moves out of sight quickly. Over the last 20 or so years I’ve been on here, there have been extraordinary pile ons for virtually nothing and shocking behaviour ignored. It can go either way. participants can sometimes steer a thread by laying a contradictory thought and running.

I don't feel comfortable making negative comments about people's natural looks. However, if people do that, it is up to them.

I don't think anyone needs to leave the thread though. Sorry if there were pile ons. They are never nice.

I think Hannah is very pretty. But more to the point she is the type some of the men on the show go for and she clearly just wants to be valued and wanted. I feel sorry for her because I think she over judged and over played her hand. She mistakenly thought her and Stephen's intimacy would allow her to take the lead a bit and she was quite forthright with him.

Well, more than that. She said a few things that would upset him and thought they would work it out; and she made that disastrous comment about things said off camera!

So I'd like to see her happily hooked up with one of the guys who is never going to work out with the woman he was matched with.
