Adam still has no attraction to Polly, his expressions show it and this will cause her more hurt. His motivation for not giving her a proper chance is immature but if he couldn't genuinely move past the lack of attraction I think he should have stood by that. What interests me the most is how Luke would be if he didn't consider Amy a 'Disney princess ' and a 'Greek goddess'. This is a genuine question - is the word cretin really offensive to disabled people? I have to admit that I never knew this I'm afraid yet use it regularly in reference to poor substandard behaviour - not disabled peeps' mockery.
