Sacha came across as a bit self centered and hard work with all the 'I'm very traditional' stuff at first, but she seems to have really clicked with Ross. I thought he might be a bit of a dick when he was going on before the wedding about getting a shag, but he is looking like he really likes and respects Sacha and is actually a decent guy...unless he is playing the long game!

Holly is really irritating with all the 'don't disrespect me' fake street talk and stirring up drama.

Polly just f'kin swears too f'kin much. It wouldn't be so bad if she had some other swear words to use. For all her talk of being a mug at falling for a tosser, Shitlid will give her a few kisses and compliments and she'll be all over him again.

Nathan is so much like Jordan from last year. He similarly pulled no punches and called out the other guys.

He’s nothing like Jordan so far. He was a goady little fucker who couldn’t mind his own business.

He's got the better bit of Jordan without the shit stirring. I like him, he was bang on the money yesterday and him and Lacey seem to get on well.

I also liked that when she was told that she was Shitlid's type, she made a big show of being affectionate with Nathan but it didn't look at all forced.

I like him too. The “superficial” comment was superb.

I'd put money on shitlid chasing Lacey even though she seems happy with Nathan.

Surely he can recognise that Nathan tops him in every conceivable way.

Even if Nathan wasn’t clearly a much better human a look in the mirror should make him realise he has no chance. Nathan is beautiful to look at, he’d have made me go weak at the knees when I was in my 20s.

Some interesting couples this season. I do think it’s so unkind of the programme makers to put men who state they like petite women with larger ladies. It rarely works out and can only cause hurt for the women.

I have only seen the Australian version before but I watched the UK version last night.

I was shocked by how really rough and common they all are.

Holly is awful- foul-mouthed, shit-stirring, couldn't have looked more common or cheap (that shorts/playsuit thing was incredibly unflattering and just hideous). She looks quite elderly. How old is she? I would have guessed 50ish but probably not.

Polly - someone should have stopped her wearing that dress. She was like a large slug in it. She could look 100x better if someone styled her. It revealed way too much of everything.

Adam is just ugly; pug-faced, fat, laughable hair like a wig and hideously common-looking with all his tattoos. Totally lacking in any sophistication at all .

All of the women were rough-looking and dim.

The worst of the men were Adam, Orson (who is just dim and affected and speaks like he's in a street-gang), and Alex. Alex worried me the most - he is a nasty piece of work- narcissist, arrogant, carries a huge ego around with him, aggressive, controlling and his behaviour is vulgar and pathetic). Very unattractive man but thinks he is a god.

The other men were just pathetic and poor stuff. I couldn't be bothered with Caspar; he thinks he's all that and he really isn't. He's an overweight, badly-dressed, middle-aged looking snob. The others were dim and I imagine inadequate in life and relationships.

Eve is unbalanced and Charlie is an awful sight. Emma is loud and irritating. We never saw Richelle so I have no idea but she sounds like a demanding, drama-queen.

If anyone abroad sees the programme they will think the British are rough, badly-dressed, emotionally unintelligent, thick as pig-shit, egotistical, loud and ignorant.

TBH, that's what most countries think already. British reputation doesn't need any assistance from the show.

I don’t like Alex but I equally don’t like his Poundland Ice Skater wife.

I really can’t stand women that kick off, telling men fuck this and fuck that ( remember she’s the one that started with all the profanity on the honeymoon) and when the man returns the favour the woman is taking offence to it.. If you can dish it, be prepared to have it back.

If nothing else this programme makes me thank god that I'm 50 and dated in the 80's and 90's.
