I preferred their dance last week but it's clear that she has so much potential and I just see her getting better and better as the competition goes on.

Wow - some of the comments about Tess are horrible. She doesn't only work for 4 months of the year and she's the host, what she does and says is heavily scripted. I like her and don't understand the hate she gets from other women.

I like Tess too! I think she's fine for what her role is.

Do they score ' for the week' as in, that was an 8 considering it's week two. Or is it the equivalent as an 8 in the final weeks? Because if it's the latter then where do they go from here?

I agree. I have seen her doing other things and she is quite different there, more natural.

Anyway, even if people don't think she is 'great' on Strictly, she looks nice and is pleasant, quite harmless really and certainly not deserving of disdain.

I think that Tess suffers somewhat with sharing the floor with Claudia who has so much quirkiness and absolutely brilliant comic timing. I'm not a huge fan nor not a fan - if that makes sense - and I think she does a great job as an old school presenter and she does hold things together because she's good at what she does.

Claudia deffo feels more fake these days.

Isn't Tess just the straight woman to Claudia? Meaning that Claudia does the jokes?

I take the piss out of Tessbot a bit but those who've been in the audience say how warm she is irl and I've warmed to how awks she is doing punchlines. She was very genuine when it came to paying tribute to Bruce and she'd carried him a certain amount in his last couple of series. What Tess does is a lot harder than it looks and she deserves more credit for keeping it all going.
