But they have that inate sense of rhythm and musicality. And the mental capacity to remember routines

But they have knowledge and experience of musical timing, musicality, performing and learning choreography. It's definitely an advantage over someone who has never set foot on a dance floor.

Agree @CrushingOnRubies they're able to follow the rhythm and beat

Tasha may have street dance experience which gives her confidence but you could say that about lots of contestants. The actors are able to act and put on a character; the sports people are used to working hard and taking feedback etc

As much as Craig is annoying, he is a professional, and Tess should just butt out.
