I find Neil perfectly OK, not repulsive at all. His choreography is good.

I wonder how much the pros actually mind being benched? It gives them steady employment for six months without all the hard work involved in actually training someone, choreographing dances etc. They still get quite a lot of exposure what with group dances, ITT, looking supportive behind Claudia etc., and they also tend to get asked onto quizzes and game shows quite a lot. I assume they get paid less but they're not at subsistence levels.

IIRC, the pros get paid a flat rate regardless of being benched or how far they go in the competition. The celebs' money goes up if they get to Hallowe'en, then Blackpool, then the final and then if they win.

I doubt if the pros enjoy being benched partly because it doesn't help with raising their profile for dance tours and other TV work but also because it's an indication of how valued you are by the producers. Once Johannes got off the bench you couldn't imagine him being put back on it, Kevin From Grimsby was never going to be benched. The likes of Katya and Oti would never be benched. Being benched doesn't exactly bode well for whenever the producers are thinking about refreshing the pros.

Im surprised Kai got benched. He seems a proper celeb, big good looking chap but I guess Aliajz got his place this year.

she's definitely had her teeth done, my mom asked if they were false as she' clearly not used to them yet. wasn't a good look.

As soon as she came on, I noticed the teeth. It's changed how she looked. I thought she was one of the most stunning looking women in TV. Naturally lovely. But now, not so much 😭

Wynn is a big lad but should have good musicality. I'm not sure his shape wear was doing the trick. His buttons were struggling.

Usually we only have one dad dancer, but this time we appear to have 4! They are all blurring into one for me.

I usually prefer the women dancers, so pissed off we only have 5.

Toyah's the only one I really recognise. I vaguely recognise a couple of the blokes. I just wizzed through it. Not a fan of Craig's new look but I don't like beards much. His hair looked very artificial. I don't remember Amy at all, presume she's had something nasty as everyone is fussing about her. I find the meet and greet stuff very artificial and OTT.
