Anyone rewatching Lost on Netflix?

I can't remember a thing about it from 1st time round so am enthralled again 🤣

1st time I watched it with newborn DS1 and now he's sitting in on bits of episodes with me at 19 years old!

I think the book is much better and I wouldnt have been able to fully follow the TV series if I hadn't already read the book. Also better is the podcast imo

That's such a shame isn't it, it was so promising! I remember those strikes affecting lots of US shows I liked.

Friends raved about prison break too but haven't seen that.

Loved the first few series of Lost then it all got a bit bizarre and weird. Can't quite remember exactly what happened at the end but I know I was disappointed that I'd invested so much time in the whole thing!

My husband says that constantly too.

And we say 'I don't want you near my baby, Charlie' alot too

Maybe I'm just older now and things annoy me more but come on! You've both been trapped in a cage for days with just a bucket of water to wash yourself, out in the open. He's lifting her arms above her head. Her pits would stink. And not to mention everywhere else. And where's her bloody armpit hair??

And does no one care about contraception/ protection? She already knows from Jack's interrogation when he thought he had a brain tumour that he's had STDs before.

And they just openly have a shag in a cage with the others milling about.
There's a bloody camera, I bet Ben was loving that.

I definitely wouldn't mind getting my leg over Sawyer but that's just gross.

Do they even have toothbrushes??

I watched the first series only I think...however my lasting memory was the comedy sketch of its opening titles where after 'Lost' it then popped up 'interest?' Which really sums up how I felt about it !

We're watching it with the 16 and 13 year old - they're loving it! Just up to season 3 now and luckily I seem to have forgotten so many details that I'm not doing any spoilers!

I never lusted over Jack or Sawyer, it was always Jin and Locke (without hair) for me.

I loved Lost so much, but remember feeling so disappointed with the ending. I lusted over Jack, Sawyer and Boone (who wasn't in it long enough!)

I liked the ending. Do find rewatching odd as you see how it went from stuck on Island to time travel and whatever else occurred in later seasons..which didn't expect

I only watched it for the first time last year. Watched the first episode with DH 19 years ago, but it never stuck that time.

I really enjoyed it, but have been loving box sets the last few years.

Yes, me! Watching for the nostalgia as I remember watching the whole thing weekly and then getting the box set I used to love Sawyer (as a teen and probably because of his face) but rewatching the stuff his character comes out with, especially to Sayid, he's quite the racist so I'm totally not a fan

I watching From at the moment as it has been mentioned several times and is quite short, new series in a couple of weeks so should be ready for that, I also embarked on a rewatching of Lost but of course that is a lot longer so maybe will be a bit stop and start, but hoping to notice more this time round.

The Leftovers is another series worth a watch if you like this type of thing, it's on Now/Sky

I'm on episode 3. Not hooked so far. Will keep going out of curiosity, see what everyone has been raving about.

I only watched season 1 the 1st time around and couldn't understand it so lost interest. I think a lot of people were in that situation. 20 years on i watched all the series with my brother & loved it.

I'm watching it. I think I got to season 4 or so when it was originally on, then couldn't watch it when it switched to Sky.

I can't believe how many episodes there are per season! I'm in for the long haul though, I'm going to watch to the end. I'm really enjoying it, I'd forgotten how good it was and how many good-looking people there are in it.

I am prepared for it to get weird and go downhill nearer the end but I want to see it all.
