OK, here's my two penneth worth regarding Trans Women. I think anyone who believes TWAW might as well also believe in the tooth fairy. I think that even (most) TW themselves don't believe they are women. They may identify as such, but belief is very much the wrong word to use. It is simply not possible. And therin lies the problem with Trans Ideology.

I thought this thread was about Celebs Go Dating, not whether TWAW or not.

And on that note again they sent Tristan a bunch of airheads that look like strippers, with the possible exception of Izzy. But none seemed to have anything in common with him and in fact laughed when he talked about his interest in nature and birdwatching. He said to the agents (in so many words) he wants someone who is there with him intellectually and emotionally (and sexually) - and they send him these pumped up barbies...

(When will women realise who awful lip fillers actually look?)

To be honest something I’ve noticed is that regardless of the male celebrity, they all seem perfectly happy going on dates with women that would fall in to the category described above. In fact Tristan’s ex on MiC is a model/ influencer. Perhaps if Tristan had said something to the agents it might be different but he seems perfectly content! Probably also because as pp said he is doing this for exposure rather than to learn anything about dating.

I was thinking more about emotions. I like to be treated with tenderness and perhaps a trans woman will be more like a man emotionally. I don't really know anything about it tbh, just throwing ideas out there.

He needs to work on his bird/wildlife knowledge if he wants to do that - it's not the best atm!

Yes, Stephen left GB earlier this year 'to pursue other things' then split up with his husband a month later. He had also planned to leave Gogglebox back in 2014 when he was on it with his previous partner, but the thing he was planning to do fell through. There was a lot of talk of him screwing his previous partner over. (Stephen went back to the show and did it briefly with his mum, then new husband. Previous partner Chris was cast aside)

He was supposed to do dancing on ice too but broke his ankle.

I realised tonight that I had confused Lauren with a woman from TOWIE so googled her to find out why she was a celebrity. She had two children by a (married) footballer and was in the papers for committing 21k benefit fraud. I’d cry if anyone set my son up with somebody like that let alone on national tv.

Re Stephen. The chats on camera are all various hairdressers/ beauticians. Once was his ex/ housemate. His bday party was his agent inviting a load of other clients . Does this just seem that his real friends and family don't want to get involved due to the recent divorce?

I feel like the finale shows you all you need to know about Tristan. He’s not quite as straightforward & decent as he makes out.
I can’t believe that Alex has had Ella’s name tattooed on him!
Weirdly happy for Chris esp when he got emotional with the agents.
It will be interesting to see if any of the budding relationships have legs. I don’t think CGT has produced a successful relationship so far.

Thank goodness I wasn't alone. In fact since the very start of the paternity scandal I assumed it was Lauren Googer from Towie.

I just assumed she'd changed a bit even when she first appeared.

With Tristan I assume like all the Chelsea boys he'll mess girls around until he reaches an age where he settles down with someone from the 'right' background and moves to the country.

He wasn't serious about any of the girls and probably won't be until his 30's. He'll just tell you what you want to hear until he gets what he wants.

Just read the man who Lauren took to the pool party is a model. No way she'd have been interested in anything long term with him, he hasn't got enough money.
