Blimey though, Helen was a fast mover, snogging Liams face off on the first date (classy not)..
Stephen was hilarious, but waaaay too much for that youngster to handle, hey ho

Stephen was creepy I thought. But I thought the younger man had only agreed to go on a date with him because he's off the telly. Helen Flanagan seems desperate. I like Jamelia. Ella's previous appearance on Mafs showed the same crude behaviour as we saw last night.

I love it! I don't really watch MiC anymore but the times I've caught Tristan on it, I haven't been very impressed with him. He seems better on this though.
I think Helen is a nice girl but a bit of a mess.
Jamelia is lovely. Stephen is just like he is on Gogglebox really.
Again, not anti-trans but I think the straight men were put in a position where they had no choice but to say they would be happy to date a transwoman.

Ella - why does she only talk about being trans. Sick of hearing about her vag.
Love Island man - He works really hard at trying to be quirky but comes across as a complete phoney. Everything seems rehearsed. Stupid hair.
The girls constantly talking about age, MILFS, Cougars etc.
I like goggle box man, even though he's very oooh matron. Tristan has got sex appeal. Helen is so vacuous. Jamelia seems well balanced.

It really does make me so sad to see girls like Helen mutilate their faces and bodies. She is an absolutely beautiful woman, a proper knock out but the blown up lips and silicone implants and frozen face just make her look like a caricature. Without them, she'd be much better off. She's painted herself into a corner, trying to look like a man's porn/wank fodder and its so damaging. I know that's not about the programme per se but it just really hit me last night when she sat on the sofa crying. She will never find what she's looking for on this programme sadly.

Agree with what you're all saying about Helen. How do these people not see this? I feel that the whole facial surgery thing just feeds mental health issues.

Also agree with what people are saying about Chris. He is now a complete and utter bellend and I can't stand him. It's sad really, as he admits he has / had low self esteem, so again, going on this cycle of programmes just makes the mental health / self esteem issues worse.

Will be interesting to see what Stephen is like. I know he admitted he was a bit of a bully with his first partner on Gogglebox, so I don't know if there were similar issues with his husband.

Having said all that, I love CGD. Mainly for Rob Beckett though. Don't really know anyone else apart from Jamelia who I'm hoping isn't a knob.

Speaking of caricatures, Ella screaming "I'm being a whore" just seems to me that her idea of being a woman is 'Drag Queen Misogyny Style'

I wish Rob wouldn't describe everyone as 'Legends' (MAFS Legend, MiC Legend, Coronation Street Legend, Love Island Legend...)

I mainly watch it for Rob Beckett’s commentary too, he’s hilarious. I wondered about Ella and the lick lipping too as she does it all the time and she constantly mentions her vagina!
Chris is putting on a show and can’t have a real conservation with any depth it seems. Helen seems really insecure, Stephen seems straight out of a carry on film but nice enough. Jamelia seems the most normal and together out of them all. Don’t know Tristan but seems ok so far.

Ella came across so aggressively, can't stand her! She thinks everyone fancies her because of her blow up doll looks but she is so uncouth!

Something has just occurred to me regarding Chris. It's like he's studied Pete Wicks and thought it would be great to 'copy' him.

It's awful. His friends and family need to have a word (I hoped they would after the last LI) but it seems like he can't stop himself.

Love CGD, I think I’ve seen every single series 🙈. So far like everyone else I’ve really warmed to Jamelia. Ella is awful constantly going on about her vagina & being so aggressive in her interactions with the men. I haven’t formed much of an opinion of the others yet although I know Tristan from MiC. I don’t think he’s the gentleman he makes out he is once he’s actually in a relationship.

When he was first on LI, he was unlucky in love and had a lot of fun. He was in for less than 3 weeks iirc, so he wasn't in our faces constantly, and the public liked his daft one-liners and his fun side.
When he was then on All Stars, he believed his own hype, was annoying, he got unnecessarily angry a couple of times, and really was unpleasant.

Re Ella licking her lips, i've seen others on telly with plumped up lips do it, i wonder if they feel numb with all that crap in them, so its almost a natural thing to do?
Pretty sure someone on LI with a fish pout used to drink through a straw, presumably so they didnt dribble everywhere (like when youve had a LA at the dentist)

Its a pity about Chris, hes nice looking in a quirky way, but why does he feel like he constantly needs to verbally shock/ challenge all the time?

Chris not being able to get his date’s name right was really irritating too. It got kind of insulting especially as it wasn’t a typical English name. Didn’t make him come across well.

Apparently the lip licking is because the skin that is meant to be inside your mouth, and therefore always moist (sorry), ends up outside and is dry and uncomfortable.

Regarding Ella and the lip licking; at first I did think it was due to lip fillers, but it's not the same. Ella seems to have a lisp, so it could be that.

The agreessive, overtly sexual oversharing and blatant lies about not having dated since before lockdown is utter bullshit, though. Also, this faux "oh you're the only straight guy ever to accept me" is also false. It smacks of Narcissistic tendencies to me.

The agency does screen participants for the mixers. They would have asked in advance if the men were open to dating a Transwoman.

It will be interesting to see how it all pans out.

Loved Jamelia's daughters. Pleased to see she's having a rethink. Thankfully, Stephen seems to have also realised he was having a 'moment' when he dated the 22 year old (30 year age gap? No thanks. I think the young lad was right to call his behaviour crude)
