Paul is looking very tanned this week, more so than normal.

I think it's the first Autumn week. Think they've done Halloween before.

Ugh - Dylan holding back his hair and Georgie's hair not tied back - so unhygienic.

Lots of them putting the pie in then working on the decorations. I'd always put the top on before baking. I wonder if it's just to manage time better or if there's a good reason to add the top later?

So they have to take the pie out of the tin to serve. That's tough in a time limit. Maybe that's why they did the base first, so it would have a really long cook and be very solid?

I keep forgetting Christian is there and wondering who he is. It's like a specific face blindness.

Anyway I thoroughly approve of doing pie again.

I'm waiting to see if the sleeves or Nelly's headdress catch fire first.

I love this bunch of bakers.
This programme is my oasis of loveliness and I try and remember that these are ordinary people who thought they'd give a baking competition a bit of a bash.
I hope people wouldn't bitch about my voice particularly if I was barely out my teens if I had been brave enough to give something like this a go 🤷‍♀️
