Dylan reminded me of Ruby Tandoh when he was so self critical and then got a handshake. He's obviously very talented , very ambitious and wants to show off his flavours so he can start his restaurant, but it will be interesting to see how he copes when things don't go well.

Yes good point, I thought Essex but on Extra Slice they said he was a cockney - it's just the "I'm wacky, me" thing that's annoyed me. He's not awful though and the bakers always grow on me through the series
