I'm so annoyed, this time last week (literally) I was on Venice Beach. Bu it was mainly stoners and Buddhist monks.

I wonder why they just don’t have them AT the same time - all events mixed together like at the commonwealth games

They have to set up the village again and sort the venues so appropriate etc

So Billie was the most entertaining for the closing ceremony. She is so talented and my granddaughter was born with her voice in the background..relaxing and easy listening.

I have such good memories of LA 1984! Just finished my o levels and hot summer sitting outside the pub every night and then going home and staying up all night watching the Olympics in my bedroom on my parents' tiny black and white portable tv and waking up and it was still going!
