It’s a little gem of a drama, very unique, and there are multi series) and so is the perfect place to avoid the Olympics/life in general!

I happened onto this thread before Christmas and am now on season 8! So glad I have found Seaside Hotel - it’s been gentle and whimsical, and a bit dark as time has moved on. I cannot watch else until I have finished it though, as I need to see how the characters develop.

I've just finished series 8 and feel bereft. I thought it would start to go down hill but it just kept getting better and better as the war years started.

I tried to hold back on the binge watching but I couldn't wait to watch the next episode. Great characters and lovely scenery. I just wish it was a real hotel!

@AngelsWithSilverWings i started watching series 9 as a very lovely poster pointed about above. Used internet on the TV and it was better because there were no ads!

May have to fight the DC off from watching Traitors tonight!

Thanks for the suggestion re daily motion. I've just watched seasons 9 and 10. Loved this series so much that I've been researching flights to Aalborg and seaside hotels!

Is anyone getting loads of add on daily motion? Every 5 mins? Any hints?

I have also been researching Skagen and realise it is the watch brand?

Thanks for the updates - I think I will watch 9 and 10 again as it wasn't the same watching on my phone with all the annoying pop up adverts!
