Just wanted to recommend this, I believe it starts some time this week in the UK. We're about 8 episodes in and it's very funny, dark and a bit surreal.

NbgW - does it involve Charlie? If so, can't wait!

I'm not sure about the Charlie storyline, it's Martin and whats her face (Tommys daughter) It drags on till April. I don't want to give too much away!

Oww just seen an ad for a special preview for Desperate Housewives at 10pm on sky. Is it just me or is Sandra Bullock in it?

There was a side shot on the ad which looked like SB. It sounds good tho. Teri Hatcher was Lois Lane. Am just watching Friends, do they still play them over there?

I'm going to watch Desperate HW's as they were filming it in Fashion Square in LA when I was shopping there in Nov. Blooming nuisance they were, shooting scenes in every shop - sorry store - that I wanted to go into. Also, my DIL and I were asked to appear on a TV show about DHW's, in Hollywood. I'm almost famous!

Is the guy from Ed the older brother in Scrubs?

My girls have a Spanish "educational" video: Rock and Roll Spanish, obviously filmed a few years ago. They watched it yesterday and I suddenly realised why 2 of the women looked familiar. One is Carla from Scrubs, and the other one is the Hispanic woman from Desperate Housewives.

Coincidence?

I saw the Desperate Housewives on Oprah yesterday (I know it sounds as though I spend my life glued to the tv but I don't really!) and they were saying it's the first time a hispanic family has been rich and successful on prime time tv. Quite shocking really.

Really? That's surprising, but I can't think of any others come to think of it...

This was brilliant, perfect for an evening's ironing! Loved the woman with the four kids!

Unfortunately I didn't tape it either.

I enjoyed this too. Dp persuaded me we shouldn't watch the next one on E4 or we'd forever have to watch it at 11pm. He was right.
