I say this at practically every round! I’m a decent sewer but put me under pressure and I’d probably mess up. But it’s the same with all those programmes - Bake off etc. - they all have the jeopardy element to them.

Also, I think a tough time limit sorts out the excellent sewers from the passable ones. I could make most things pretty decently at my own pace but put a time limit on it and I'd mess it up. I am not an excellent sewer!
