DH reckons that Rafa’s match is on Sunday lunchtime (I think he heard it on the radio) - it’s our wedding anniversary then and we’re supposed to be going out in the evening -do you think DH will mind if I stay at home and watch Rafa?

Fizzy I know what you mean, I don't really want to watch a match that could be similar to the Hubi one- but at RG. It would be ok with a couple of matches under his belt, but not as a first match.

His send off had better be a good one. Unless he decides to swerve it, like Rome- because he has plans to return!

I think he will get a good send off Raahh - I’m not sure that Rafa has another year in him tennis wise (maybe he’s just saying it because he doesn’t want the fuss) but he must realise that RG will want to make a big fuss of him (and he deserves it)

I had the misfortune earlier of seeing an Instagram post of Djok and Jelena gazing longingly into each others eyes - I think it was for his birthday - made me feel quite ill! (not envy!)
