Thailand looks stunning. But Isobel still seems aloof with her mum all the time and as though she's tolerating her. And yes, I know we don't know any back story yet but it feels patronising.

I am getting sick of the manufactured last minute race to the checkpoint. And am really fed up with moody Isabel constantly bitching on at Eugenie. Moaning that she is 'too slow', 'too old', ad nauseum. And then insincerely trying to rein it in when she realises she has gone too far.

I think that the boys and the couple should have shared a boat. They knew they were so close to each other so they could have agreed to do the same time and saved money.

Really beautiful locations in today’s show. And they met such lovely people. I think viv did well on those trains -omg I’d be a foul mood without sleep and she stays very chilled
