Oh Alfie! ( my grandson has the same name). What a touching memory.

What’s happened to Steven and Viv’s giant rucksacks ?
When they were heading for the bus depot, after the mud bath , Viv just had a tote bag and Steven had a smaller back pack .
Just glad no more body shots of Steven this time !!

Steve and Viv act like they're elderly. I know they've had health problems but he's only a few years older than me and I just don't recognise their attitude.

I think it was probably a relief to them that they were leaving, they were finding it tough.

I would imagine they'd stored them at the bus station. I used to do that when backpacking it's very cheap to do.
