Foraging?

It may be just me having a farming background but I find the insistance of Louise calling herself a farmer sort of irritating. She has 5 acres of land and breeds/keeps rare breeds - that is a small holding NOT a farm and she cannot make a living out of 5 acres as that is what is known as a 'hobby farm'

I grew up in the 1950s on a 50 acre farm and that was hard physical work and nowhere near a sustainable size. My father was a proper farmer though.
Nowadays anything less that 100s of acres is not feeding the country!

That said - her food looks appetising and I am sure it would taste lovely.

Sad about Sidney and annoyed about Jerome.

All in all, a crap round last night.

Just read back all your comments - still chortling! Olivia redeemed herself, Rana had a bit of a nightmare, and Louise presented two good dishes. Jerome though; how did he get through and Rana didn't? Rana has potential and Jerome only has potential to be an annoying twat! See you Friday.

I did miss Monica when they were talking about tarte tatins. I think the ta-ta-ta professional skills test was my favourite last year for the pronunciation alone.
