So SouthWest Ben has the Starter, who will win Fish, Mains and Dessert…? Will there be fighting over the freezer? How many more flames and medals will the judges have to pretend to be surprised by?

Rice - I do 200 mls rice and 400 mls boiling water. Lowest simmer with lid on. 12 mins. Then turn off gas. Fluff up after 12 or 13 mins and eat

During the first lockdown he did a dine at home box which was delivered with all the components for a set dish for you to cook yourself.

I had two - a curried monkfish and a roast beef and they were INCREDIBLE.

God I wish he did those again 😂
