What I don’t understand about face to face nominations is whether they have to say in advance who they will nominate. If not then the later people could be tactical in their nominations. For example they could chose someone who has two already to push them ahead of others, eg themselves, who also have two. Doesn’t seem fair.

I'm not a fan of ES but I did agree it was strange of Marisha to vote for her as they have appeared to be very friendly. I don't think Marisha's reason would have been accepted were it not Celebrity BB.

If I were ES I wouldn't have reacted so emotionally (I hope) but I would be thinking hmm...she's not a real friend.

You’ve summed up exactly what I was thinking last night. I think they must have to tell in advance in the diary room so it can’t become tactical when it gets underway.

The way they all nominated Louis in particular, I wondered if there was an element of copying.

I think Louis would have still got all those nominations if they had been in the diary room.

Ferne was unnecessarily harsh in her nomination with Ekin. I did like Ekin Su's dramatic stomp around after nominations though.

No, I thought Ekin Su thought nice, mumsy Fern was an easy target for spite but actually picked on someone who could see right through her and wasn't too afraid to articulate it. Marisha being nominated for a high-end acting award clearly irked her and she found a way to take it out on Marisha while making herself into the victim. She knew Marisha was too nice to be mean back. I liked that ZeZe had Marisha's back.

I agree, it was a rather odd nomination. Bit of a variation from the norm!

I read that this is more how American BB does nominations, maybe that's the only version Marisha has seen.

Fern is showing a different side of her since Sharon left. I'm gone right off her. So what if she can see through Ekin-Su's game plan, we can see through Fern's game playing. They all have a game plan, some better than others.

What made me laugh about Ekin Su's strop was how she ranted on about not wanting to be judged - yet she's come on a show where you're always at risk of being nommed. And that's what she counts as 'being judged'. Duh.

I think what Marisha was doing in her nomination was similar to what we all do in, say, a job interview where you're asked about your weak spots and have to make something negative sound positive. Doubt it was the 'real' reason but a ham-fisted attempt at a compliment - 'You're sure to win'. So that went well.

I can imagine E-S's ex Davide sitting on his sofa watching and quietly going, 'You see?'

Does anyone find it funny that ES changes her accent, depending on who's she's talking to.
Fern was definitely harsh and obviously can't stand ES, but I think she shouldn't be as vocal about it went on and on.
I think she thinks ES is stupid too. Never nice to revel in that.

Yeah, I think they need to tell BB what their nominations are in advance. As has been said, some people could change it at the last second as a tactical move ... or a revenge vote - because someone has voted for them.

Same with Coach Trip. I think they have to say beforehand, as people will just do tit for tat.

Fern will be walking on cloud nine, knowing she's beaten ES in the vote.
But it's just cos people felt sorry for Fern with all the tears and liked her tearing ES to bits.

I'm sure Coach Trip will be back at some point. It was really addictive and I always got drawn in.

It's not cool that Ekin Su is constantly slagging off Love island as without that show no one would know who she was!

Gosh why would any woman 'feel sorry' for another woman who has achieved so much in her career??? She's got quite the CV - anchored two of the biggest day time TV shows (ready steady cook and this morning) for years and is now smashing it as a best selling author. Fern is inspirational!

If she is being conscious of the cameras, its only now and again - in the main shes just being herself, and speaking as she finds. Theres nothing wrong anyway imo with her being conscious of how shes coming across; we all do it!

And she reminds me of my auntie jan 😂

Coach trip could come back with David as the tour guide

Although Fern seemed to say a lot about Ekin Su, there was a moment where the announcer said 'The housemates have been nominating face to face for 55 minutes' when we must have only seen 10 so I think others said more but it was edited out.

Thanks for reminding me BT55. I remember that bit now because I'm sure there had only been 5 nominators (ETA = 10 nominations) and I thought 'Bloody hell, they're editing a lot out if it's really taking 10 minutes per nominator'

It really stood out to me because I also thought how tedious it must be to be standing around in the kissing booth for nearly an hour, knowing there were still lots more people to nominate!

Just caught up, Ekin was a huge hypocrite last night (shock horror)..
She said early on, that certain people were changing their behaviour before noms, being overly nice, making tea etc.. then at the end of the prog said she hated being judged by others... UM....

Plus it was obvious she voted Fern because she knows Fern isnt buying her act!

Yes, me too. I thought about how excruciating it would be to be the last to go and the tension was cranking uo minute by minute.

Can't wait for tonight 😎

I'll be gutted if Fern goes before Ekin-Su.
