My Sky is showing a not very exciting match between Putintseva and Kalinina - even the commentators are saying that it’s not a very high quality match

Ahh, Delpo if there's ever a player who didn't get the career or retirement (if he has officially finished) he deserved, it's him. His run of injuries from really early on in his career were so unlucky.

I wasn't too surprised to see that Iga had lost- she was playing down the idea of the Sunshine double beforehand.

It's a shame about Murray- I've read there are hopes to be back to play on clay/ RG . If the injury is as bad as it sounds (and since the clay season is only a couple of weeks off) this sounds optimitic - and clay is not his favoured surface. It would probably be better, surely, if he can come back, to prioritise grass? But what do I know?
