When they are doing interviews, they find old internet posts from ten years ago. They follow up their supposed achievements and expose them for what they are (not).
Yet when choosing applicants for the show, they don't do a thorough job of this beforehand. I just don't understand it.

The interviews are so entertaining watching them get called out and squirm !

I thought Onyeka did great given the circumstances (bad project management) and couldn't understand why Sugar was so negative about her in the boardroom.
